The State of the Market
We’re currently in an unusual cycle within the broader crypto market, whereby lots of new projects are pumping for short periods and giving investors the perception that we are somehow in a bull market. The reality is that liquidity most often determines the state of the market, and on that front at least things are steady at best.
This has resulted in a rotator’s market, with funds being recycled from one project to the next, giving the impression of a ‘bullish’ market to some.
In certain conditions, this would not necessarily be a bad thing. We’ve all heard about the ‘survival of the fittest’. However, the ‘survival of the fittest’ mentality assumes that the best ultimately rise to the top, and that things end up better than they were before.
But what we have seen is projects that are just here for a pump, with little or no interest in pushing the crypto space to greater heights, or to make the lives of those who participate any better. The last few months have resulted in the few amassing more wealth, and the many ending up rekt.
There were projects that were around before this recent wave, that are still building now, and will continue to be around regardless of what happens next. Working for the space, working for those within the space. SANIN is one of those.
What is SANIN’s Purpose?
SANIN is a movement made for the people, a movement designed to return their free will, and to give them back their voice. It is a movement made to renounce what we have always known, in favor of what is right.
SANIN was born as, and always will be, the #ShibKiller. It also has bigger goals, namely the death of Centralization, and hence it’s other name — the #CentralizationKiller.
SANIN’s purpose is to create a new civilization and bring about the destruction of the centralized machine. A machine that has stolen a great deal from us. It has stolen our voices, and our will. It has stolen our freedoms and it has stolen our strength. It has stolen our futures with deficit financing and inimitable inflation.
And we cannot allow it to continue.
We must resist the temptation to fall back into familiar rhythms, and choose to leave behind a legacy of decentralization and its inherent freedom.
Why Decentralization is Important, and SANIN the beacon for it
SANIN’s mission is to bring inspiration and innovation to all people worldwide. Our purpose is to move the world forward through the power of decentralization.
It’s not just about transforming people. It’s about breaking the barriers and processes created by centralization and expanding the reach and impact of the knowledge that will drive and give rise to new technologies, methodologies, and information systems.
It is about fighting against injustice and centralization. It is about fighting against the conglomerates and the banks. It is about fighting for a world where the decentralization of finances is possible.
Decentralized networks can win the Web3 era for the same reason they won the first era: by winning the hearts and minds of entrepreneurs and developers.

Why is July the month of SANIN?
July 2023 marks a significant milestone in the 15-month history of SANIN. We have a number of things in mind, which we seek to roll out over the course of the month:
• Publication of the Declaration of Decentralization and associated burn oath. We publish at the bottom of this Medium SANIN’s Declaration of Decentralisation. This is our statement of intent to the world. We will not stop until our goals are achieved. We ask all Sanshi to symbolically demonstrate their commitment to the Declaration by signing the Oath 4 Sanshi (see below)
• The Oath 4 Sanshi website — http://oath4sanshi.vercel.app. Built by the SANIN community, we invite our fellow Sanshi to review the Declaration, and sign it by burning $SANI tokens. We intend to make a statement to the world through this act, that our collective goals are greater than the desires of any one single individual. Burn as much or as little as you can, but burn. Lets make a statement together, and the live burn counter will update in real time
• The 11 Sanshi Commandments — based on a combination of the Sanshi Honor Code, and other forms of behavior that have become the way of the Sanshi over time, we publish the Commandments to which all Sanshi adhere to. These are published below the Declaration below, and also on the Oath 4 Sanshi website. Let’s commit to adhering to these values, and educating our new members on what it means to be a Sanshi
• The community gaming platform — in June, we embarked on the development of an entirely community-owned initiative, being led by some of our core active members. This is a significant innovation in itself, with an ever-evolving platform and competition league, and more. The aim is to have new games developed on an ongoing basis, subject to funding. More details will be shared in due course but subject to development timeframes, we have put aggressive goals in place to at least have a beta version ready this month
• The community NFT platform — this will be a unique nft trading & asset marketplace that allows NFT swaps and buys / sells. This is fully decentralized and for the community (as is the gaming platform), and any benefits will accrue to the whole community. Again, we hope to have a beta to share this month
• The Sanshi gamified staking utility — as has always been said, the Sanshi NFTs are more than just a pretty picture. The staking platform developed by the Milkshake Squad, and that will allow them to be staked to earn $TAIL is now ready. The community has made some additional requests to make this an even more compelling utility, and we expect to see this made available to the holders this month
• Further surprise utility — once the Sanshi gamified staking is released, it will be followed by another utility developed for the community by the Milkshake Squad, in response to something the community had previously asked for
• Short-form content updates on all aspects of SANIN — making sure everyone is aware of everything that SANIN has to offer
• The monthly ‘plan’ — going forward, we hope to release a medium like this on a monthly basis, and encourage the community in thinking actively about how to move the project forward consistently. To help frame this, we will look to set various objectives for each forthcoming month that engage and involve the community, and seek to implement as much creativity as possible

The 11 Sanshi Commandments
Commandment I
SANI is a home for those who BELIEVE. Believe that they can change the world. Believers who wear the MASK and become Sanshi to FIGHT for a better HOME
Commandment II
A Sanshi seeks FREEDOM and CHANGE from the status quo, and rejects complacency, corruption and greed. The true WARRIOR of decentralization propagates our philosophy and vision, not calling others to buy
Commandment III
A Sanshi does not believe in centralized control over the evolution of our ecosystem. Investments are seen as a MEANS and not an END. The SANI value and capital will work for us, NOT CONTROL us. And everything built under the SANI banner will add VALUE to the whole.
Commandment IV
A Sanshi must call out the weapons of CENTRALIZATION: prohibition, manipulation and cruelty. Our WEAPONS as SANSHI are: our philosophy, shared belief in our decentralized future, and active participation in the community’s life.
Commandment V
As a DECENTRALIZED COLLECTIVE, Sanshi must work TOGETHER by THEMSELVES. This means our individual actions and decisions must benefit not only the self, but also the whole COMMUNITY as we face our enemies in the battle against centralization.

SANI is built through TECHNOLOGY and must know NO BORDERS. A persons demographic or economic background is irrelevant, we will all find our PURPOSE and place

A Sanshi must be INCLUSIVE and open minded. SANI is not for a chosen few, but a place where all are welcome and everyone is accepted
Commandment VIII
A Sanshi must be HONEST and build TRUST through transparency and dedication to SANI, and encourage CREATIVTY and COLLABORATION. Our success will be founded on the creations and creativity of all.
Commandment IX
A Sanshi must realize that success in our COMMUNITY is based on how well we treat others, COMPASSION, and understanding for those who are struggling. SANI DOES GOOD. We do not respond negatively to negative actions and ideas.
Commandment X
A Sanshi has unwavering FAITH and belief in the longevity and shared purpose of all its members. After entering on the path, a true Sanshi will NEVER renounce the family. SANI is FOREVER.
